These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Altfy website and, once it becomes available to you, the Altfy service (together, the "Service"). Altfy is a product of AltWise ("AltWise", "we", "us"). By using this website, joining the waitlist, or accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or the Service.

Altfy is an investment research and valuation platform for equity analysis, delivered through a chat interface and the Model Context Protocol (MCP). The Service is currently in a private beta phase: this website is informational, and the only action available is joining the waitlist. Access to the beta is granted by invitation, at our sole discretion. Nothing is sold on this website at this time.

Features, plans, and prices described on this website are indicative of what we are building and may change, be delayed, or be withdrawn before general availability. They do not constitute an offer.

Joining the waitlist does not create an account, a contract for the Service, or any obligation on either side. It means we may contact you about Altfy: an invitation to the beta, launch news, and product updates. You can leave the waitlist at any time by writing to contact@altwise.ai.

Altfy is a research tool. Everything produced by the Service or published on this website (including valuation models, scenarios, estimates, and any other output) is provided for informational purposes only. It is not investment advice, a recommendation, an offer, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security or financial instrument, and it does not take your personal circumstances into account.

AltWise is not a registered investment advisor, broker, or dealer in any jurisdiction. Financial data may contain errors, gaps, or delays. Any investment decision you make is yours alone; if you need advice, consult a licensed professional.

You agree not to misuse the website or the Service, including, without limitation: attempting to gain unauthorized access; interfering with its operation; scraping or bulk-extracting content or data; reverse engineering non-public parts of the Service; or reselling or redistributing the Service or its output without our written permission.

The website and the Service (including software, models, databases, design, text, and the Altfy and AltWise brands) are owned by AltWise or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the website and, when invited, the Service, for your own research. No other rights are granted.

The website and the Service are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AltWise shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, nor for lost profits or investment losses, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the website or the Service.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves, in particular when the Service leaves the private beta and paid plans launch. The current version, with its effective date, is always published on this page. Continued use of the website or the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be submitted to the courts of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply in your place of residence.
